We provide inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Our programs offer caring, compassionate treatment for adolescents and adults, as well as specialized programming for active duty military, veterans, first responders, and other high-risk frontline professionals. Programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Help for Heroes®.

Position Summary: Responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, by ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, patients are supervised, that safety is maintained, and patients and guests are treated with respect and dignity.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
License
- Will require valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using personal or hospital owned vehicle
Certification
- CPR certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact
- Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact
- Completion of additional age specific training within 30 days of employment as required
- Where applicable, must obtain and maintain agency affiliation
Minimum Work Experience
- Previous experience in a psychiatric health facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
