We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Transparency team. Transparency is a product serialization and traceability service that proactively protects brands and customers from defects including counterfeit and materially different products in the supply chain. As a part of this role, the person will drive programmatic interventions on areas such as solving structural blockers, transparency led defect reduction, collaborating with cross functional team of senior leaders, business managers, finance / operations / product team to explore areas to improve brand experience etc. We are looking for an individual who shares Amazon's passion for the customersomeone who understands the importance of compelling programs in creating superior customer and partner experience, and has an extremely high level of customer focus with a passion for business transformation and process improvements
As Program Manager you will create and implement processes that will enable Transparency Business team to deliver a sustainable growth and at the same time retain high bar on crucial customer-facing parameters. You will collaborate with category, product, finance and transportation teams teams across the company to define and execute right mechanisms in all aspects of the program. You will experiment with pilot projects to identify right process that solves long-term business problems, resolving or mitigating issues in medium term and communicating with senior leaders in the organization on the progress made. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with WW Product teams, IN FC team, Ops teams supporting TR and category teams in India to ensure right brands are onboarded and well supported to grow on the service. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and is comfortable conceptualizing and leading complex initiatives from end to end. You should have proven experience in strategy, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams, and people leadership. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a high pressure, dynamic environment. Strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional and remotely located teams, a customer-centric and creative mindset and strong analytical skills are also essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
