Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Option of 36 or 48hrs

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Minor procedures on unit only. The LOS is typically shorter as it is used some for a clinical decision unit and then they may transfer out to the proper specialty.
RTO must be listed at time of submittal
Required: Drivers License/State ID
BLS ACLS must be AHA, RQI, ARC, or American Safety and Health Institute
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
Proof of identification required
