Unit Highlights
Nurses on 4NE care for complex Cardiac
patients. Patients on this unit are mostly post cardiac procedures. We work
closely with EP lab, Cath lab, and heart failure. Many of our patients have
multiple co-morbidities in addition to cardiac issues. This allows our nurses
to experience and learn a great deal. 4NE is unique in that 6 of our 30 beds
are classified as IMC. These patients have a higher need of care and
require closer observation. We also work closely with the appointed resident
team and hospitalist. Our nurses are dedicated to providing excellent nursing
care. We enjoy the multiple opportunities to learn and care for a multitude of
intricate patients.

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needsfrom routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
- Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
This position has a hiring range of $40.170 - $65.308
