We're on the lookout for
compassionate, enthusiastic, and driven individuals to become
Behavior Technicians (BTs) on our team. No experience No problem! If you bring the heart, we'll provide the training (Yes -
PAID training!) to help you become a
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). What You'll Be Doing (AKA: Changing Lives While Having Fun!)As a BT, you'll spend your days
playing with purpose - guiding and supporting children on the autism spectrum through one-on-one, personalized sessions. Whether you're teaching communication, helping build independence, or simply celebrating a new milestone, your work will help shape a brighter future for our amazing kiddos.
Expect to:
- Turn playtime into progress with evidence-based tools like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Track skill development and help celebrate every victory (big or small!)
- Work 1:1 with children to help them thrive socially, emotionally, and behaviorally

- Starting at $16.00 - $18.00/hour if you're new
- Already an RBT Start at $16.25+, with growth opportunities up to $22.00/hour

What We're Looking For:- A positive attitude and love for helping kids grow
- Full-time availability: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's in psych, education, or related field is a plus!)
- Experience with special needs kiddos is a bonus - but not required!
- Must be 18+ and ready to make an impact!
