Camden is ~550,000 tonne per year slag grinding facility. The product generated at Camden is a key driver in meeting the sustainability goals of Heidelberg Materials and the cement and concrete industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations of the Camden Slag Plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in production, quality, and cost control
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and customer needs
- Monitor and manage plant performance metrics and reporting

- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of plant operations, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges
- Effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
