Job Description
Stellantis is seeking a Service Information Lead in the NA Parts & Accessories Planning & Launch Management organization. The right candidate will be highly skilled, solutions-oriented with program management skills, and a strong understanding of service information and Aftersales processes and procedures.This position requires a hands-on approach to continuously improve the quality of information required in the Stellantis dealer network.
Candidate will lead the service information development process and serve as the main point of connection between multiple teams and suppliers. Specific focus will be on ensureservice information accuracy at vehicle launch and management of historical information to ensure repair effectiveness. Candidate must possess a combination of strong technical skills, as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude and a person who communicates clearly across all organizational levels.
The selected candidate will need to possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple high visibility projects concurrently, and deliver results per target requirements.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the daily activity of authoring supplier to ensure quality and on-time delivery of information within established budget
- Identify, manage, and resolve source data issues related to service and diagnostic information development
- Monitor service information quality metrics and address systematic quality issues
- Monitor internal and field feedback using JIRA tracking site
- Support Total Warranty Spend (TWS) workshops and feedback to identify proactive solutions that impact warranty spend
- Establish and monitor engineering review process of service information
- Cross-functional collaboration withinMopar TSO and other areas within Stellantis
- Provide innovative solutions to complex problems related to servicing Stellantis vehicles
- Support and contribute to global harmonization activities across multiple regions
