We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing I to join our Structured Debt Client Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL (Northern Orlando).
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages complex external client issues (ongoing client servicing for various projects and product implementations.
- Communicate needs and issue with internal and external clients
- Allocate/Coordinate work within a team/project
- Manager resources who conduct User Acceptance Testing
- Lead and manage daily operations to achieve organizational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success.
- Maintain quality assurance across all operational activities.
- Contributes to the achievement of platform team objectives.
- Provides technical assistance and support to lower-level client processing roles.
- Supervise and mentor department leads and team members.
- Foster a supportive and motivated work environment.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for operational staff.
- Operations Managers are required to make informed, data-driven decisions to benefit the organization and its stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
- Excellent writing, listening and communication skills
- Should be able to work independently and exercise sound critical thinking judgement
- Ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
