Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate at QXO, you’ll be at the heart of our operationshandling materials, managing inventory, and keeping our yard and warehouse running smoothly.
What you will do::
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials weighing 75+ lbs in the warehouse and yard
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Verify order contents and maintain documentation (e.g., pick tickets and inventory count sheets)
- Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
- Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all protocols, always wearing appropriate PPE
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including tasks such as cleaning and painting
What you will bring::
- Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment; warehouse experience preferred
- Commitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective verbal and written communication and a customer-first mindset
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Reliable transportation to work and the ability to regularly work early morning hours
