Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:Crittenton Children's Center is the Kansas City area's premier provider of psychiatric care for children, adolescents and their families. It is located on a picturesque, 96-acre campus in south Kansas City (near Longview Lake) providing serenity, beauty and privacy to assist with the healing process. Shift Details: We are currently seeking a Full time Nights
The Work: - Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
- Delegates tasks appropriately.
- Identifies hospital resources.
- Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
- Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
Job RequirementsApplicable Experience:
