What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home evaluations to assess patients’ physical health, strength, and mobility
Develop and deliver customized care plans that support recovery and long-term wellness
Educate patients and families on treatment goals, exercises, and safety practices
Document progress and communicate with an interdisciplinary care team
Help patients regain confidence, independence, and mobility in their daily lives
What You’ll Need
Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon (or eligibility prior to start date)
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
CPR certification
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Prior PT experience is a plusbut not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
