Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 22 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Oncology experience preferred but not required
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients diagnosed with various cancers, including endometrial, bladder, renal, ovarian, and cervical cancers.
Staffing ratios aim for 1:4 but may be adjusted to 1:5 based on unit needs.
If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.
Weekends are variable based on unit needs.
No set or blocked scheduling; self-schedule requests are accommodated to ensure a balance of preferences while meeting unit requirements.
The first week of orientation is Monday to Friday dayshift. The second week consists of 36 hours of on-unit orientation with a preceptor.
