What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Georgia-based clients through remote services. This position is available as full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. To qualify, the BCBA must be a current Georgia resident or live within 50 miles of the state line.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assessment & Planning

  • Conduct FBAs and other clinical assessments.

  • Design personalized ABA treatment plans using data-driven, research-supported methodologies.

  • The BCBA ensures that interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Program Oversight

  • Supervise RBTs and monitor program effectiveness.

  • Evaluate data regularly to fine-tune strategies and interventions.

  • BCBA is expected to maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours per week if working part-time.

Training & Support

  • The BCBA will provide feedback and mentorship to RBTs for high-quality therapy delivery.

  • Educate and support families on strategies that promote positive behavior and growth at home.

Collaboration

  • The BCBA will work in tandem with other professionals, including educators and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Maintain clear, ongoing communication with caregivers and stakeholders.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Submit session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with BACB and state standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, ethics, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification in active and good standing (required).

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a BCBA, preferably with children or developmental disabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise RBTs and manage therapy programs.
