What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Georgia-based clients through remote services. This position is available as full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. To qualify, the BCBA must be a current Georgia resident or live within 50 miles of the state line.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assessment & Planning
Conduct FBAs and other clinical assessments.
Design personalized ABA treatment plans using data-driven, research-supported methodologies.
The BCBA ensures that interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Program Oversight
Supervise RBTs and monitor program effectiveness.
Evaluate data regularly to fine-tune strategies and interventions.
BCBA is expected to maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours per week if working part-time.
Training & Support
Collaboration
The BCBA will work in tandem with other professionals, including educators and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain clear, ongoing communication with caregivers and stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation
Submit session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with BACB and state standards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, ethics, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
BCBA certification in active and good standing (required).
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of professional experience as a BCBA, preferably with children or developmental disabilities.
Demonstrated ability to supervise RBTs and manage therapy programs.

Compensation & Logistics
