Job Details:
- Schedule:Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Role Overview:
As aSchool Occupational Therapist (OT)with PediaStaff, you’ll provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to support students' academic, social-emotional, and functional development. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students achieve their individualized goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OT servicesaligned with student IEPs and Colorado Academic Standards
- Assess student needsand provide targeted interventions to enhance motor skills, sensory processing, and independence in the school setting
- Adapt servicesto meet the diverse needs of students across ability levels
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environmentthat supports student growth
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teamsto promote student success
- Maintain compliancewith state/federal laws, district policies, and best practices in school-based OT
Qualifications:
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Licensewith endorsement as aSchool Occupational Therapist(Initial or Professional)
- Experience with school-aged populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
