Job Description
Responsible for managing designated operational unit to ensure superior customer service and patient care in a highly efficient and cost-effective manner. Oversees clinical operations, as well as the day to day operational activities supporting designated practice. Acts as point person for all practice related activities and issues. Able to analyze challenging clinical situations and problem solve and enact solutions.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution required, MSN preferred.
Experience
• Three years of nursing experience in an emergency room or ambulatory care practice required.
• Two years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
Licensure, Certification, Registration
• Active CT Registered Nurse license required.
• CPR Certification within 6 months of hire required.
