Our clientis seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our thriving Creditors’ Rights law practice in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a significant caseload of foreclosure matters, representing our clients’ interests with the highest level of professionalism and legal expertise. Duties & Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will be integral to our foreclosure operations, with responsibilities that include:

  • The preparation, meticulous review, and approval of a wide range of foreclosure-related pleadings.
  • Comprehensive handling of all aspects of foreclosure cases from inception to conclusion, including contested and litigated matters.
  • Active participation in mediations, depositions, and both telephonic and in-person court hearings.
  • Maintaining regular and proactive communication with clients to provide updates and strategic counsel.
  • Undertaking other duties and special projects as assigned to support the firm’s objectives.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
  • Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing foreclosure-related pleadings.
  • The ability to adeptly manage and prioritize a substantial and fast-paced caseload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex legal concepts with clarity to both clients and colleagues.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in contested foreclosure matters, including participation in mediations, depositions, and evidentiary hearings.
  • Familiarity with common client case management systems and electronic communication platforms.
  • A high degree of proficiency in problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • A client-centric mindset, characterized by a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to legal challenges.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000.Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
