Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
In addition to a valid driver’s license, you MUST include a utility bill in your application. The bill must be in your name & match the address on your driver’s license (and issued within the last 3 months).
No block scheduling requests & no holiday RTO will be approved.
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
Current and valid DL or State issued ID required and Utility bill in the Traveler’s name with matching address within the last three months.

5 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
