What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily terminal operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance
- Coordinate inbound and outbound cement shipments with logistics and customers
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Lead and develop terminal staff through coaching and performance management
- Ensure equipment maintenance and operational readiness
- This isn't an office job only, will work in the plant as well
What Are We Looking For
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Proven ability to manage logistics, maintenance and operational workflows
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems for reporting and tracking
- Someone with some maintenance and supervisory skills in cement, terminal shipping, construction or transportation background could be successful in this role.
Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic industrial setting, including both indoor office and outdoor terminal environments. It may require occasional lifting, climbing, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Safety is a top priority in all aspects of the job.
