Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency that connects quality ABA services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Since 2015, we've served school-aged students across the Northeast U.S. As a BCBA-owned and operated agency, our mission is to build a strong network of ABA professionals and connect them with communities in need of ABA services on a daily basis.
We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are dually licensed as Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) and committed to making a meaningful impact. We are hiring in-person BCBAs in New York and New Jersey.

Your Role as a BCBA with ABC Services:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise, evaluate, and mentor BCBA candidates and Behavior Technicians
Provide in-person direct services and Parent Counseling and Training in clients' homes
Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver parent training and interdisciplinary collaboration
Use platforms like RETHINK to analyze data and update treatment plans
Ensure high-quality, ethical, and client-centered care
Requirements:
Master’s in ABA, Special Education, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in NY or NJ
Must be available for in-person services
Malpractice insurance
Experience conducting assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, ATEC)
Proficiency in DTT and naturalistic ABA
Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Reliable responsiveness to calls, texts, and emails
Completion of required training and professional development
Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
