Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Sunday - Saturday. Weekend and holiday rotation.

Inpatient RN travelers must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to. This is a hard requirement.
Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
Floating - Travelers are the first.
Community Hospital Experience: Preferred
Patient Age Groups: Adults
Patient Diagnoses: Medical: usual - COPD, heart failure, HTN, DM, ETOH, infection, mental status changes, falls and more.
Orientation Schedule: UWH orientation is held every other week – typically on a Monday, but not all travelers will start on a Monday even if the contract has a Monday start. This is due to department specific orientation schedules.
Travelers should follow the start date and time listed in their welcome letter and department schedule. Travelers will orient at 600 Highland Ave, room F8/170 (subject to change – traveler should follow instructions in welcome letter).
