Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Overview:
As a vital part of our treatment team, BTs at Amaze ABA provide personalized, one-on-one care alongside our experienced BCBAs. You’ll work with families in their homes to make a meaningful difference in each child’s development.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA strategies
Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions based on treatment plans
Collect and accurately log data during each session
Review behavior plans and materials developed by the BCBA
Write daily progress notes based on client goals
Participate in training and development opportunities
Celebrate client progress and share successes with families
