Duties and Responsibilities for Clinic Director / BCBA:

  • Conduct assessments and design personalized behavior plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

  • Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenges and build skills.

  • Provide direct behavior therapy services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.

  • Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment planning and decisions.

  • Collaborate with other professionals such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators for comprehensive care.

  • Supervise, train, and support parents, caregivers, RBTs, and team members in behavior management strategies.

Compensation and Schedule for Clinic Director / BCBA:

  • Pay: Salary range $75,000 - $95,000 per year

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Days: Monday to Friday

  • Flexible Hours: Choose your schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Skills and Qualifications for Clinic Director / BCBA:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • COBA certification

  • CPR certification
