Board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management.
Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic principles and techniques.

Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Stay current with research data collection methods and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
Board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Knowledge of special education practices and medical terminology.
Strong skills in medical documentation and adherence to HIPAA standards.
Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and interpret research data related to behavioral interventions.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
