Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Float Requirements: Float first to all inpatient units including critical care, NICU, and Acute Care
On Call/Call-Back: No call
Weekend: Every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Open to blocked weekends as well if interested
Holidays: coverage if needed
Minimum Experience: 1+ years PICU experience.
Unit Specific Skillset: 24 Surgical/trauma/medical pediatric critical care unit caring for a variety of ages from neonate through young adult. RNs provide coordination and management of patient care and families. Users critical thinking and assessments to provide nursing care of surgical/trauma and medical patients requiring critical care with in the post-operative period and/or who are hemodynamically compromised/require respiratory support. Patient populations include neurosurgical, general surgical, trauma, and medical/respiratory patients.
