Midway Animal Hospital is growing and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! We are an AAHA accredited, award winning, full-service, small animal hospital proudly serving the city of Alpharetta and the greater North Atlanta area.
Our technicians play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care during appointments, surgeries, and dental procedures by coordinating and executing treatment plans and providing thorough client education.
In this role you will maintain detailed medical records, perform treatments, and address clients' questions. Additionally, you will coordinate with your team to manage the veterinarian's orders, ensuring the highest level of patient care and maintaining an efficient workflow to keep exams and procedures running on schedule.
This is a flexible full-time position with availibility needed Monday-Friday and 1 weekend per month.Full-time benefits and compensation**: - Compensation: $22-27 per hour, for each hour worked*

- CE allowance: $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter

Minimum qualifications and skill set: - Current Registered Veterinary Technician License in the state of Georgia
- 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Venipuncture and IVC placement
- In house lab work including microscopy
- Anesthetic induction, intubation and monitoring
- Dental prophy, polish, charting, and radiology
