Responsibilities Include::
Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients in our residential program
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and direct care staff
Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based best practices
Serve as the primary therapist for a caseload of clients, supporting them through the full treatment journey
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Support family therapy sessions and discharge planning as needed
Qualifications::
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
Experience:
- Minimum of2 years’ experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting, preferably in an eating disorders program
Licensure/Certification:
- LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, preferred
- License Eligible, required
- CPR certification, required
Knowledge:
- Must have strong clinical, organizational and communication skills
- Must possess knowledge of psychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors.
Required competencies:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently
- Ability to multi-task in a changing and fast paced mental health environment
- Ability to work in a highly collaborate, team environment
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
