We're seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director.

Job Summary:
As our BCBA Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical direction of our organization. You will oversee the development and implementation of ABA programs, provide clinical supervision to our team of BCBAs, RBTs and BCaBAs, and ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for ABA programs, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, BCBAs and BCaBAs, providing guidance, feedback, and support to promote professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and others to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and monitor client progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA, incorporating new techniques and strategies into our programs as needed.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Proven leadership and management experience, preferably as a Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director in an ABA organization
- Experience in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of ABA best practices and industry standards
