Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Will float to ICU, IMCU, CVICU, ED first and then Medical Surgical, telemetry, post surgical, ortho neuro, and BHU
36 hours guaranteed
Epidural Experience
2 years minimum critical care experience, post heart cath recovery and patient management, post op day 1 open heart surgery patient management, experience with long term ventilated patients, experience with swan ganz catheters, and vasoactive medication titration. TEA, Triple A and general surgery patient management. Travelers will not get fresh heart patients.
12 hour shifts, every other weekend (may need to work consecutive weekends to accommodate requested time off)
Scheduled call is not required, but can be put on mandatory stand by due to low census for their regularly scheduled shift.
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)1:1, 1:2 in ICU and CVICU, 1:3 in IMCU
Dress Code:
Standard scrub top and bottoms - any colors. No visible tattoos on the neck or above. No facial piercings
