Practice: CRNA team covers a variety of cases in 9 ORs including general, ortho, obgyn, plastics, robotics. No hearts/heads.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
- RN and CRNA licensure in North Carolina (or compact state)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS (per policy)
- Strong decision-making and clinical judgment
- Ability to adapt across different specialties and patient populations
- New grads welcome - orientation and preceptorship provided
- Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment
- Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age
- Must have considerable ability to make independent decisions, sometimes under stress, and to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, coworkers and physicians
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care to pediatrics through geriatric populations
- Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams
- Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status
- Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges
- Float between sites based on staffing needs and patient volume
