The Licensed Practical Nurse Provides nursing care to assigned patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
- Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
- Additional skills required: Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
