SETTING:SNF, IP, and OP mixed settings

GUARANTEE:35 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:Prefer candidates with at least 1 yr. in SNF or Clinical rotation/externship in the SNF.
**MUST be strong in SNF caseload and able to work independently
*Currently using a traveler but they are not working out because of lack of experience
STAFF:Total number of team members 15 and 1 Rehab Tech
EMR:NetHealth / RehabOptima
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:90% Productivity but client understands caseload may vary and says average is 88%
*2 hour orientation and expectation is to hit the ground running and meet productivity

LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS:Winter Haven is a city in central Florida, known for its canal-linked Chain of Lakes.
