A Day in the Life:
The Sr. Damage Resource Manager directs the process and activities of multiple Managers of Damage and assists the Director of Damage Field Operations in overseeing all damage processes in Airport and Off-Airport Operations within their respective Division. They will oversee damage processes to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate damage logging, tracking, and collections.
The Sr. Damage Resource Manager is responsible for supporting rental operation teams in the successful identification, attribution, and recovery of vehicle body damages. This position helps to provide overall leadership to exempt and non-exempt employees with responsibility for damage metrics, vehicle repair process, safety, service, and vendor relations.
The Damage Resource Manager is the point person for all damage administrative and analytics within operations at a division level.
Starting salary is $70K; commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Leads and supports the damage collection process with a focus on financial results
- Ensuring alignment of the field operations teams with methods and processes
- Implement process improvement and system changes from leadership to all for the successful processing, managing, and collections for damaged vehicles
- Pro-actively drive the damage recovery process and all relating metrics.
- Support the creation of a dynamic organization focused on properly identifying, attributing, repairing, and recovering body damage
- Serve as the Division point of contact for all damage claims
- Constantly champions productivity improvements via employee involvement
- Actively develop and engage in damage communication plans focused on building employee engagement to achieve business results
- Perform site visits to ensure locations are following all processes to ensure collectability of damage
- Develop and lead in person and virtual training on all aspects of damage collection to the field in their respective division
- All other functions as defined by management
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years’ experience in Rental Car or Collision Operations
- 3+ years’ prior management preferred
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Suite
- Some experience with CCC a plus
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
- Ability to influence
