We’re looking for compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) based in Idaho to join our dynamic Home Health teams in either Portland or Salem, Oregon. Both cities offer stunning natural beauty, vibrant communities, and exceptional career growth opportunities.

Position Overview
As a Home Health RN, you will:
Conduct comprehensive initial and follow-up patient assessments
Develop and update individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Provide patient and caregiver education to promote health and independence
Maintain clear communication with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Participate in on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
Active Oregon RN license (or eligibility to transfer from Idaho)
Current BLS certification
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
1+ year of recent acute care or home health experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is a plus
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

Starting at $55/hour (DOE)
Mileage reimbursement for travel between patient homes
