Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Shift: D/N rotation 12 hour shifts 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am with every other weekend.
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Holiday Requirements: As needed we do expect them to be available for one major winter and one major summer.
Floating Requirements: ICU float Pool can float between 2 units each shift- each shift will be different.
Call or standby requirement: None
This is for an ICU Float Pool RN (They will float to CVICU so need the below skills).
Must have a minimum of 2 years ICU experience including cardiac experience.
The Candidate Needs Recent Competencies In Devices Impellas, Cvvh, Iabp, And Lvads Impella Within The Last 6 Months Do not submit without this device experience on the profile within the last 6 months.
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Varies on each unit all critical care and IMC level of care on Pratt 8- Level 1 trauma acute patients.
RNs are required to titrate drips. Common titratable &/or set rate drips Levo, Vaso ,Neo, Propofol, titratable drugs- weight based
Scrub Color/Dress Code No color preference- not allowed to wear other facility logos
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
