Salary: $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-on bonuses available

Job Location: 4250 Hempstead Turnpike, Bethpage, NY (Nassau County; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full-time (Mon/Wed 12pm-8pm, Tue/Thurs 7am-3pm, Fri 10am-6pm; 40 hours per week.)

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York state
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)required
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Must be familiar with treating outpatient general orthopedic cases
