CLIENT:Union Hospital Therapy - Clinton Clinic

SETTING:OP ortho
START DATE:ASAP
- Prefers astart date on a Tuesday for employee health appointment. Can work 4/10s the first week to get 40 hours
GUARANTEE:40 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:HIGHLY prefers OP Ortho experience since they will be the only PT on staff at this location!
STAFF:Will be the only PT on staff at this location!
EMR:Clinicient (OP)
* DOR will be the one to help train on the EMR system
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:Avg patients/day: 8-12
* Typically they have 1-2 cancellations per day and can use that time to do documentation as well
Common Treatments: Mix of ortho, neuro, debility, pain. OP only.
SCHEDULE:Mon-Fri
ADDITIONAL INFO:Several Delta TOAs here now, GREAT client!
IN PT Compact License Eligible

Will have forms to complete onsite/first day in a portal.
Employee health appt will be scheduled for first day including a physical.

BILL RATE:$75-$80 based on experience
New grads closer to $75
