| SETTING: | IP & Acute -The position involves working in both the Inpatient acute care setting and Inpatient Rehab setting.
If the candidate is only comfortable in working one of these two settings we would still consider them but it is ideal if they are open to working in both settings. |

| CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: | IP Rehab seed 4ppd (1.5hr visits) in a FULL day
