We’re seeking a future team member to join our Asset Servicing, Digital Solutions team as a Senior Associate – a client-facing role at the intersection of sales, product, and platform.
If you're energized by presenting innovative digital tools, influencing product direction, and partnering with senior stakeholders, this could be your next move. You’ll work side-by-side with our sales and relationship teams to deliver standout platform demos, shape solution narratives, and act as the voice of the client across the organization.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Deliver tailored, high-impact demonstrations of BNY’s proprietary platform, NEXEN, to prospective and strategic clients
- Through practice and training, become a relied-upon subject matter expert on BNY’s digital capabilities and tools across asset servicing
- Support sales and coverage teams throughout the sales cycle with compelling digital narratives and demo strategies
- Collaborate with product, technology, and platform teams to stay current on enhancements and roadmaps
- Bring the voice of the client into internal discussions sharing market feedback, client pain points, and user experience insights
- Create and review RFP responses and client deliverables, clearly articulating our digital offering and platform strengths
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking:
- 5–7 years of experience in financial services, asset servicing, fintech, or a related client-facing environment
- A strong communicator with polished presentation skills and confidence engaging external clients
- A fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and can pick up new tools and systems quickly
- Someone who can translate technical functionality into client-centric solutions
- Experience with operations, product management, or technology platforms is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Willingness to travel as needed
