As the Director of Treasury Services, you’ll lead the strategic and day-to-day treasury functions that keep our organization financially strong and agile. You will oversee cash flow, manage financial risk, optimize liquidity, and build lasting relationships with financial institutions all while supporting the Touchstone Experience and our long-term growth.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of treasury operations including banking, liquidity, forecasting, and compliance

• Lead the development of treasury policies, procedures, and ERP system integrations

• Build and maintain strong banking relationships, ensuring competitive services and fee structures

• Manage cash flow forecasting and ensure the company meets all financial obligations

• Oversee debt management, loan compliance, and covenant monitoring

• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, A/P, and Business Office teams to support financial goals

• Lead and mentor treasury staff to foster a high-performing, values-driven team

• Support audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements across treasury functions

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CTP a plus) is required.

• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role is required.

• Healthcare or long-term care/skilled nursing industry experience is a plus

• Expertise in cash management, financial risk, and banking operations

• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and ERP systems (Workday preferred)

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Success Measures:

• Compliance with loan covenants and treasury-related audit requirements

• Timely and accurate cash flow forecasts and variance reports

• Optimized use of revolving credit facilities without overdrafts or penalty fees

• Treasury functions consistently align with strategic financial goals
