Security Supervisor-Captain- Northwest Hospital

JOB SUMMARY:

Provides first line supervisory capabilities within the Security/Courier Services Department to meet and achieve organizational goals and departmental objectives.

• Submits accurate written reports and documents findings of investigations.
• Greets and provides assistance to patients, visitors, and employees at entrances and exits.
• Provides effective leadership and guidance for Security Department personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role (5+ years preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with no more than 2 points on driving record
