Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.
Guaranteed Hour: 36
Weekend rotation: every other
16 ICU beds
Patient Types: Respiratory Failure, ESRD, AKI, COPD, GI Bleeds, DKA, Sepsis, General Post-operative Patients, CVA’s, ETOH, Overdose: NO craniotomies, major traumas, or major cardiothoracic
This is a floating position throughout Auburn (or possibly Covington) to any ICU level patient or below; currently majority of time will be spent in ED overflow with PCU level patients
Minimum Experience: 2 years minimum experience in the ICU
Skills required: Cardiac Rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring, vent/trachs and BiPap management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, chest tubes, IV medication titration; may act as “lead” in ED holding
Scrubs: Any Color, no camo – Prefer Navy Blue
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
