Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Yes – travelers fill in needs.
Floating Requirements: Will float to like units and Med/Surg at times. May also float to Boise Medical Center and Nampa Medical Center to like units and MedSurg if needed. May also float to ICU if experienced.
Beds: 27 will be adding 10 more beds in June.
Common diagnosis: CHF, NSTEMI, STEMI, Stroke, Sepsis, Diabetes, CAD, Renal Failure, Respiratory Failure, Pneumothorax, post Cath lab patients- will not pull sheaths but would ideally have experience with TR bands and Fem stops.
Experience: Must have cardiac drip experience, NIH stoke assessment experience, post Cath recovery and chest tube experience.
Common titratable: Will commonly see set rate diltiazem and amiodarone. No epi or nitro on this floor.
RNs required to read and interpret: Will read and document every 6 hours. Currently using SpaceLab monitors, transitioning to Philips.
Scrub Color: Any as long as they are clean, well kept, and professional.
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
