Role Overview
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be a vital partner to patients on their journey to regain mobility and live their lives to the fullest. Your expertise will directly impact the well-being and independence of individuals in the Portland, OR community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services in accordance with a written physician's plan of care
Evaluate and treat patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and optimize performance
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, gait and functional training, and prosthetic use
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring timely and complete records in the patient’s clinical file
Participate in team meetings and ongoing education programs
Required Qualifications
Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
Doctorate or Master’s (MS) degree in Physical Therapy
At least one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured automobile in good working order
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary starting at $110,000/year, DOE
$5,000 sign-on incentive
