Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• 3 months of experience with RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Flu declinations accepted on condition traveler wears a mask at all times.
15-minute call response time for all units with a call requirement.
Float - ICU / ED / MSU - Required

Days but will float to nights if needed

Certification: Moderate Sedation - Moderate Conscious Sedation may be obtained through the facility after confirmation
Experience: Must include all three specialties: Emergency, Medical-Surgical/pediatrics and Intensive critical care
Setting: Reports daily to House Supervisor for assignment to specific unit. Must be flexible
Orientation: On Mondays only
Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
