Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disorders.

• Supervise and provide training to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to ensure high-quality therapy implementation.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote client success.

• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in children's lives!

Availability:

• Day, afternoon and evenings cases.

• Full time position 40 hours per week.
