Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:
$75–$90/hour, based on experience
Bonus opportunities available
Potential for expanded caseload and leadership roles
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP)
Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress
Maintain documentation that meets clinical and ethical standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in New Jersey
Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
Prior experience in home-based or community ABA services
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for helping children and families succeed
