Are you a natural leader with a passion for both animal care and team development Shoreline Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Hospital Manager who combines veterinary experience with a strong commitment to mentorship and team-building.

As our new Hospital Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading daily operations while fostering a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration and driving positive change.

The ideal candidate will have a leadership, mentorship, and training background. In this role, you will work closely with the medical director on scheduling, efficient hospital flow, conflict resolution, writing and implementing training SOPs, budget management, and assisting in surgery and dentals as needed.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:
  • Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually
  • Bonus package: $2000 for CVPMs or LVTs
  • CE allowance: $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter for LVTs

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of leadership/mentorship experience
  • Comfortability and experience with conflict resolution
  • LVT or experienced veterinary assistant required
  • Experience writing and implementing training and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with budget management is a plus!
