Were looking for a Clinical Resource Surgical Tech to join our team MondayFriday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PMthats right, no call and no weekends. Spend your off-hours doing what you love, whether thats family dinners, weekend getaways, or finally starting that hobby youve been talking about.
In this role, youll not only assist with surgeries including robotic surgery. Youll act as the go-to expert for your service line, making sure everythings prepped and perfect for our surgical teams. From surgeon preference cards to vendor coordination, youll help keep everything running smoothly (and impressively).

Robotic surgery experience is a plus!
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The Clinical Resource Surgical Technician helps to facilitate quality patient care by assisting the surgeon and staff before, during, and after surgery. Serves as a clinical specialist for designated service line, and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources (supplies, instrumentation, vendor resources, etc.) are available for each case. Will also serve as a liaison between surgeon and other parties as appropriate to secure resources in advance of surgery. Maintains surgeon preference cards and assists with onboarding activities for new surgeons.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED required. Associates or higher degree preferred. Graduate of a Surgical Technician program is preferred.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Four (4) years of experience working as a Surgical Technician in an acute-care setting. Robotics service line (da Vinci experience preferred)
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Surgical Technician certification is preferred.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
BLS certification is required.
