Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 6 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
Holidays: Work into rotation.
Call - varied 6 to 10 shifts per schedule (30 minute response time required)
Beds: 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases)
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.
**Level I trauma experience; will screen busy level II

Additional Notes: 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
