In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our specialty veterinary departments by managing client communication, coordinating appointments, and assisting with essential administrative tasks. This position is located at our business office in Eagleville, PA, offering a behind-the-scenes opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care without being based in the main hospital.

What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work closely with our specialty teams and business office to ensure a smooth experience for clients and efficient communication for hospital staff. In this position, you will:
- Greet clients by phone or in person with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and provide accurate follow-up communication
- Coordinate medication refills and liaise with clinical teams for timely updates
- Assist with billing, payments, and insurance questions
- Update patient records, manage data entry, and ensure accurate client information
- Answer a high volume of calls with a calm, helpful, and solutions-focused approach
- Support both front desk and back-office administrative workflows
- Provide compassionate support to pet owners during sensitive conversations
Anticipated ScheduleThis is a full-time position with the following set schedule:
- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We’re seeking a Client Service Representative who are organized, friendly, and motivated by meaningful work. You likely have:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence handling a multi-line phone system and scheduling software
- Comfort interacting with pet owners and veterinary professionals
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Cornerstone, or similar systems (a plus!)
- A calm, compassionate demeanor, especially during emotional client moments
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
